Step 1 POCKET PHASE
Place a card in your pocket
- Turn 1 STASH: place a card horizontally face down
- Turn 2 LIVE: place a card vertically face up on top of the STASH
*spades cannot be played until cut during the Table Phase
- Turn 3 UPGRADE or STASH or RUN A POCKET

Step 2 TABLE PHASE
Follow standard spades rules.
Place a card in the center of the table either leading or following the leading suit in a higher value. if you are unable to play a card in the same suit you may play any other suit (adding no value to your table phase) or playing the trump suit, (Spades) beating all other suits to earn your team a "Book" (10 points).
